On one hand, I really appreciate that statement, because it shows we have a modicum of respect for each other around here. But then you bust out with this . . .

It's sad that some people take such glee in the death of a frail old man. It's also sad that some will exploit his death to attack Democrats. Though I largely disagreed with the man's politics, he was still a father, a husband, and decent human being loved by millions.
This is the time to show compassion and respect. There will be plenty of time to resume our regularly scheduled bickering. Until then, I'll say it again: rest in peace, Mr. President. Peace to your family as well.
