It's obvious from your posts that you care about proper capitalization.

only in titles. in posts, i really don't. it just slows me down. proper punctuation, however, i care about and try to maintain. every so often, i'll forget a comma before and after a quotation within a sentence.

You know, I am not the biggest fan of chiropractors, but I think Eits did absolutely the right thing by this woman and is getting unecessary flak from the peanut gallery.

As for the thread topic, if you want to get cynical fast, work in an operating room. The overweight diabetic smokers who are repeat customers for wound debridements in between CABGs make it hard to conjure up the compassion everyone expects for you.

I think he did the right thing by telling her to go see a PCP.

I think he did the wrong thing by trying to diagnose outside of his specialty, and by posting about it on the interweb.

lol wtf?

i didn't diagnose. and i didn't post any personal information about her online. as far as you're concerned, she's "patient 274u-zhp2".

the reason i posted about this lady was to help raise awareness of people to start thinking about their health or the health of a loved one who minimizes their problems to the point that they just deny it being a problem when it could potentially affect their daily life and/or life.

i think if it was a title of an article or story in a paper or magazine, it could be capitalized. in this case, it's just some random personal thought, so i don't think it needs to be capitalized. i think you've failed at capitalization... time for a new hobby 😛 😉 😀

Bullshit. You posted this so you could attempt to fool people into thinking that:

1.) People visiting chiropractors is a regular and normal thing so that they too would go visit their local con-artist quack.

&

2.) Your chiropractor is a knowledgeable medical professional who could save your life.

Of course NONE of those things is true, you're just trying to spread your scam and it looks like it has worked on at least a few weak minded fools in this thread.

lol, yeah, i've seen it. a few things... 1, the chump they interviewed gives good chiropractors a bad name... 2, the chiropractor who's bashing chiropractors is just in it for his 15 seconds of fame... 3, i've adjusted my gf's daughter (she's 9 now) plenty. i've gotten rid of her ear infection and i got rid of her scoliosis... 4, you realize penn & teller are magicians, right? they really don't know anything and just try to manipulate public opinion the same way media does... they even call bullshit on second hand smoke.

somehow, the fact that chiropractic care actually does help people with various problems and the fact that nerve compression can cause certain ailments (ibs, heart problems, restless leg syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc.) is negated because a couple los vegas showmen say it's bullshit? really? :roll;

lol, really? wow.

yeah, that's what i did... you caught me. lol.

stfu.

I didn't post it for you, I posted it for the people you and your type are trying to con. Of course you disagree with it, it effects your paycheck!

but it's the title to my threat... and often times, titles to anything, be it books, papers, stories, whatever, are random personal thoughts. there's no difference... and i can't believe how off topic this discussion is from the thread.

they don't call it ATOT for nothin 🙂

Yes, really, that was your motivation. To attempt to deny it is hilarious.

ok.

well, all i can say is that it very much wasn't. somehow, you know me better than i know myself and why i do things... so, next time i think i need to take a piss, i'll ask you if i really need to or not.

I know chiropractors and you claim to be one.

How many "free learning seminars" are you running at your office every week, how many people are you paying to show up and seem interested, or do you use your own employees as plants like most of these quacks? Have you sunken to putting fliers on people's doors yet?

... you're right... i'm trying to con you guys who are spread all over the world. i'm trying to pad my paycheck...

i work in chesterfield, missouri. how the hell is any of this affecting my paycheck? you're an idiot... stop trolling.

the truth of the matter is that i honestly posted this thread because i wanted people to be more aware of their health, unlike this lady. i figured since it was something that doesn't happen on a daily basis in a chiropractic clinic, for me at least, and i thought it was a kinda cool story people might be interested in reading, i posted it.

It certainly sounded like you suspected breast cancer, for all we know it is lupus.

Sure, it can be tempting to deliberate online on a particularly vexing or unique case. You may want to solicit advice from colleagues or just get your thoughts written down. But it’s exactly this type of clinical discussion that can land you in hot water.

OP I don't think it's worth arguing with those online. No one is going to change their mind so it's pointless. I just hope this isn't repeated every time you make a thread.

Back on-topics, she's 66 and smokes a pack a day for almost 50 years? I think she had her run.

exactly. i don't understand how our priorities in america got so jacked up to where eating mcdonald's for lunch a few times a week is more important than actually taking care of problems that you are trying to sweep under the rug and minimize.

I don't think you understand the problem, at all.

I'm sure that half, if not most of the overweight, HBB, diabetics, whatever in this country are not intentionally destroying their health when they eat McD's religiously. For many, it is the cheapest, quickest option when working night shift and trying to feed a family. It isn't always the case, but for several families there really is no other logical choice for them.

Fast Food infiltration and exploitation of the inner city is quite lucrative, and seems to have become an "accepted" business model for some in the industry.

just ask amdhunter; he knows all about ghetto life

i agree with that. i actually talked at length about that in one of the hfcs threads i posted in.

you're absolutely right. something's gotta change.
