Ok that has to be the 5th or 6th time I have seen somebody just copy the message and mirror its empty sentiment. Want to try giving some examples?

What exactly is the dumb thing that we did here? Some punk got banned from our servers so he started spamming our forums. We banned him from our forums so he returned under a new name and IP and continued spamming through several more bans while flinging wild threats about. So we just got fed up and tracked him down and ?I? called his parents (mother to be exact). We have not heard from him since and are now laughing about how the ?mighty? have fallen. But the way you guys put it we have obviously done something incredibly stupid here so please, enlighten us. Better yet how about you tell us a better way to get rid of the kid while teaching him a sound lesson.

Sure, you could stoop down to the level of a very young boy sh!ttalking on the internet in order to teach him a lesson, but I would assume that being an adult woud entail more mature actions. It's rather obvious that you have him by the balls, and he's scrambling for something to hold onto. What gloating did I do afterwards? I did nothing more than deliver on the promise that he did not take at all seriously and then post the phone cono. I haven?t posted in the thread since.

Since when is calling a trouble makers parents sinking to his level? You could throw a kid out of a store for shoplifting and ban him from ever entering again, but then again you could also call his parents and make sure he gets the punishment he deserves at home. As a matter of fact I can?t think of a single reason why this child should not have been punished for his actions.

I didn?t make a prank call to his house. I didn?t lie or misrepresent any facts. I called his mother and let her know that her son had been misbehaving and that he needed to be dealt with at home as well as online.

You might as well call me a snitch or a tattle tail for "telling his mommy". This kid has learned an important lesson that internet anonymity is never just that and never makes you as invincible as some would think. I doubt he will forget it any time soon. I know for a fact that just banning his IP range would have taught him a thing because in the middle of this he was already beginning to spam another forum.
