Some crazy ass dude allows bloodworms to bite him. Did you know that the bloodworm actually has copper teeth augmented with proteins for increased ?

That's the opposite of what you should be doing, your body needs fats and proteins, it doesn't need carbohydrates at all.
Strange then that your body so needs glucose to function that in the absence of it, it converts protein in to glucose.

I mean what do you think all those cells are running on anyway?

Interesting, so your God isn't omniscient. What makes him God then?
He is omniscient. He knows things before they happen. He lets bad things happen because only He is wise enough to know why they need to happen. He already knows which path any one of us will take. Free will is just an illusion. The only choice we have is to fear Him. If we do, we will pray to Him for guidance and repentance and ask Him to show us the Light. If we choose not to even believe He exists, we will not receive any guidance or even if we do, we will refute it without even thinking about it because we chose not to believe He exists.

Even Satan was created good but he chose to rebel: https://www.thegoodbook.com/blog/usefulresources/2016/10/04/where-did-satan-come-from/

Anyone who has even an iota of arrogance, who holds the believers of God in contempt and thinks less of them, has the least chance of walking the right path. We are mere witnesses to whatever is happening in the world. It is our choice to band together against Evil. Or we can choose to fight amongst ourselves about basic things like religion and God and miss the bigger picture. We have been sent here to live in peace and harmony and establish justice and fairness so no one is wronged, not even insects and animals. But we are not doing that, are we? In the end, the most evil and most pure of God's creations will be humans. Because some of them did good despite having the capacity to do evil and some chose evil despite having the capacity to do good.

I don't have all the answers. We should ponder together on them to understand our real purpose for existence.

This "God" fella seems like he should have done a better job with his holy book. Instructions unclear, millions murdered in the name of peace.

Anyone unjustly murdered will hopefully be compensated accordingly.

But we can stop murder today. That depends on how committed we are to ensuring that. Unfortunately, we can't even agree on simple stuff. So the murders will continue and He will let them happen because this is the collective path WE have chosen by virtue of refusing to agree with each other.

He doesn't.

It's all US.

He can't intervene and prevent murders coz then He will have to reveal Himself which is not part of His plan.

We can stop murders if we can only unite. Raise our coming generations to teach them the sanctity of life. So much that they are actually scared of committing murder coz their consciences have been optimized to deem it absolutely unacceptable. They would rather die than kill to survive.

See I always struggle with the following
  1. God needs a test
  2. He creates the beings to test
  3. He creates the situation to test them
  4. He’s omniscient and knows the beings, the situation, and the outcome before during and after the test
Fundamentally a test is used to elicit new knowledge. To an omniscient being all knowledge is known so no new knowledge can be elicited.

Existence as a test from a God fundamentally doesn’t make sense. IMHO

See: this fella should have written his holy book better, such that it couldn't be interpreted in such a way as to justify murder of non-believers.

Good points.

Personally, I believe that God is Merciful but He also rewards hard work. A teensy weensy human working hard to seek His pleasure brings Him joy. And He, being the One and Only God, gives Him the power to set the rules of the game. It is simply not up to us to disagree with His plan. Of course many have tried and will continue to try until the end of humanity. I, simply don't wish to be the one to find out what it means to incur God's Wrath. Like death in this life is nothing. You die. You are brought back to life. You die again. Ad infinitum. That is Hell. Don't want to end up there.

Humans lie. They would've burnt all original copies and made murder legal. That's what vile humans do. Can't expect God to do everything. He's given us enough to fix our own problems.

I've been told the Bible is the inerrant word of God ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Just remarkably inconsistent stuff from the followers, they'll all bend over backwards to interpret it their way. Which goes back to the point I've been repeating. TBH... it's all just so absurd. I can't see how anyone would disregard Norse mythology or ancient Egyptian religion as silly nonsense while buying into this and thinking it's the real deal.

It isn't, the body can break down fats and proteins you consume for glucose. If you aren't consuming anything (glucose, fats, or proteins) your body breaks down proteins for some glucose, or fats into ketones for an alternate (read: worse) energy source. Mind you 'worse' is according to the body. It's great if you're trying to lose weight. This is the basis of ketosis/keto diet, crank up your fat/protein intake, remove most/all carbohydrates, and your body just melts fat stores off for ketones.

That's why you can't trust anyone, even the most religious preacher. Seek the truth and ye shall find it. The effort has to be made by you. By everyone. It's everyone's personal journey to seek out the truth. Doesn't matter if you find it in the end or not. What matters is that you gave it your all and dedicated your life to solving the puzzle of your existence by looking for the truth. That is what will make you eligible for redemption in the end.

I've sought and found a truth: we're in a simulation and your religion is a waste of time, effort, and energy.

Seen that. Good video. But don't get how it's relevant?
I should think it would be glaringly obvious, he's not subtle about it at the end. What's the ultimate finding in the various runs of the simulation? We ultimately benefit most when we work towards mutual benefit. We don't need dogma or "eternal reward", the benefit of helping each other is already manifest in the current life we're living here and now.
