They could have sent out e-mails as well.
I know you don't want to die early from all this stress, but MS didn't make enough of an effort and still haven't.
I suppose e-mails could have been sent, but I really consider that a nickels and dimes part of this whole situation.
E-mails won't fix the problem and the information was available. Perhaps the people who decided to spend so much time fiddling with their routers and modems should have spent that time digging up info on the situation instead? Let that be a lesson be learned because there is nothing else anyone will gain from it.
MS needs to fix whatever isn't fixed and they need to take action to prevent this problem in the future. How they fix it and what they plan to do in the future to prevent it is their business. As long as it works, it shouldn't matter to the consumer. Neither of which, does anyone know about right now including these douche bags who are filing the suit. For all we know, MS already has a plan to go above and beyond our expectations for future problem prevention. Who knows? That is my point. No one knows. This whole lawsuit business is only going to make people feel better if it goes through. No one has any idea if it is going to improve anything. I say give MS the chance to fix it themselves before pulling out the big guns like that. People default to lawsuits way too often because they think it is the only option for getting their way.
Again, I will support this suit if the problem doesn't get fixed soon or if it becomes a problem that arises more often.
