Hi. How are you? I've been having some trouble lately. I'll start from earlier this week.

So before everything was working great, till a few days ago.

I can't visit my online banking website: https://republiconline.republictt.com/

On different browsers "Can't reach this page"

At first I thought it was down, but my friends and coworkers tested it worked for them. (People from USA and locally who have same ISP)
They don't load on my phone either (Wi-Fi)!

Things I've tried:

- I restored the router to it's factory default and still the same problem.

- Clearing browser history, cache, cookies, etc everywhere on all devices.

- I tried it at work, and the banking website loads fine on the network and on the WiFi both on the work PC and my phone. So it has to be something at home that's blocking it :(

- ipconfig/flushdns.....netsh winsock reset catalog....using Google's DNS 8.8.8.8. & 8.8.4.4

- Setting a static ip in adapter properties and router page

Here are some specs:

Router: Nexxt Stealth 150
Modem: Arris WBM760
Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel H81M-HD3
PSU: EVGA 500 W 80+
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
ISP: Columbus Communications FLOW
Connected Devices: 2 ---The PC and phone

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Regards,
Jason

Try plugging your PC directly into the modem (reboot modem) and see if you can connect. That should tell us if the router is the problem.

Hi. I tried it but no luck. Also I can now access the homepage of the website from my phone but not the login page: https://republiconline.republictt.com/corp/AuthenticationController?FORMSGROUP_ID__=AuthenticationFG&__START_TRAN_FLAG__=Y&__FG_BUTTONS__=LOAD&ACTION.LOAD=Y&AuthenticationFG.LOGIN_FLAG=1&BANK_ID=090&LANGUAGE_ID=001

I can't access any on the PC though.

I thought today's Windows Update would've fixed it but it didn't -- December 13, 2016—KB3206632 (OS Build 14393.576)

Sounds like a problem with either the modem or your ISP's network. If either is the case then the websites may work over a VPN. If you don't have access to a paid VPN provider (eg, TorGuard, AirVPN), you could try a free VPN service for testing (be cautious when entering passwords over free VPN services). I've used VPNBook in the past, so I will recommend them, but I still wouldn't submit passwords over it. You could also try the built-in VPN service in the Opera browser (Opera VPN for Android). If the website loads properly over VPN then you should contact your ISP.

On your PC on your browser try going to https://190.58.151.42/ . It may give you some warning that the site isn't secure because visiting https sites by ip address is not a secure method. We're just testing. tell it to go anyways (in chrome you need to click the little "advanced" link that it shows). Does it do anything?

Hi all,

Thanks for the suggestions. Everything is working now when I turned PC on today. Looks like the Windows Update released yesterday fixed it but I just needed to wait a while. Thanks though! :D

Glad it's working, but is this with or without the router in place?

The CDPSVC.......... Someone here said it was "associated with Bluetooth, or Printers & Scanners as well as music players, storage devices, mobile phones, cameras, and many other types of connected devices.". https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/Windows/en-US/96edabeb-a8a1-46db-91da-7874a6c40927/connected-device-platform-service?forum=win10itprogeneral
