I guess you're set, then.

Glad to help. :)

Thanks a lot man, I needed some definite answers and I got them. I guess it's worth having the peace of mind and ability to upgrade and OC without having any issues.

I'm in NJ so I was charged tax so before rebate it was something like $64.20, so after rebate only $44... no way I can go wrong with that!

I'll be installing my new mobo, CPU cooler, and this PSU on Wednesday, thanks for the help!

It's a PSU by Delta Electronics, and I later found out they are the largest PSU manufacturers so quality is there. By the CPU cooler I meant I was undecided as these are upgrades I am making, I will edit the OP to reflect my purchases. I bought the ASUS P9X58D-E and for my CPU cooler the Coolermaster 212+.

If you guys still think it will make a big deal, I will look into those PSUs. I understand the important, but after checking out a thread by Phaedrus over at Overclock.net (big in the PSU forum)... I am fairly certain the 460W should be good.

Correct me if I am wrong, now that you know my complete setup.

Thanks for the replies!

Edit: Ok I see you grabbed the Antec. Good call.
