SOF2 Multi Test

Was posted on VE last night. You can also dl it at filemirrors I think.

Has not been scanned for viri, if someone downloads it please give it a check and report back here if it's clean. I haven't had time to run it yet. Curious as to what you folks think of it. The concensus is that it's pretty good so far.


EDIT: I think 66.92.71.83 is a permenant server. Not the best around, but it's ok. Probably holds 12-14 people.

Negative. It looks to be the 1st part of the RAR. You know how rar files can have r01, r02...etc? I think that's it...that's my guess, at least. Get the one that's around 50 megs.

The zip is the video only, LOL I thought it looked too small.

No Idea Czar.. works for me. I made a server, but I don't know if it's showing or not because I saw no servers on the server list. My sever name (I think) is Seige in the Shop or something. Couldn't change name.
 
So...are we viri free on the first link I gave? Does it have to be installed or can you just run it from the extract?

Merkon, make sure you select Internet games and not LAN which is default (all q3a based games are like that, pain in the ass).
 
It's virus free. Scanned it with Norton Anti-Virus 2002, nothing. I extracted it from the RAR into a folder. No installation just extract, and click the program icon.

How do I take it off LAN mode? Haven't Played Quake 3..

EDIT: I put it on 'Internet' Mode, and still see no servers.
