John, can u give us an example weekly workout routine? ie exactly which exercises you'd do in a total body cycle and how much rest you'd take.

Omega 3's don't react well with Arachidonic acid. The company that discovered AA is still testing but for now recommends not to take any while you are on their product.

Is it 30-40 minutes for each musclegroup, meaning several different exercises per musclegroup?

ok, so if i'm not on aa, then omega 3 is good for bulking right?
