they threatened the US and have declared war on us.

when germany declared war on us in 1940's we took action immediately.

since we mostly pulled out of iraq/afgan, resources arent scarce. plus dont we still have readiness for war on 2 fronts so it shouldnt matter?

at the beginning of the iraqi war, sadamm had 2500 pieces of armor. a week later, he had ZERO.

Personally, I don't give two shits if NK rolls over the DMZ and takes the entire peninsula...that's between the "two Koreas," not a matter for the US military to get involved with...Leave it to the UN to deal with.

N. Korea. Pilots get less airtime than the average high school student with a copy of MS Flight Simulator. With a Naval fleet that could be taken out by Canadians tossing rocks.

You can't go into North Korea unless its through China, or if you're landing troops on a beach in NK somewhere. North Korea can very easily close the border to SK. And China sure as fuck isn't going to let the United States walk through their territory. It'd pretty much just be all airstrikes and long ranged missiles.

North Korea has not "declared war" with the US. They said they are at a "state of war" with South Korea, which technically they have been since the Korean War reached a treaty (the war itself never actually ended).

So, in short, I'm thankful that people that actually know what the @#$! is going on are in charge of such matters and not people like the OP that just think they do.
