Viper, you keeping both monitors or selling?

They go for about $520 + shipping on the bay.
 
The XPS is just an overpriced 9100. Config them similarly and the 9100 will be less.

I have someone locally who will likely want a laptop + I grabbed an A920 for them as well.

$2054.41 - $98 in MIR = 1956.41 - $1050 = $900 to recoup from two 1150's + an A920 printer.

Not too shabby.

Yeah, I'll probably hold onto my laptops until after Thanksgiving.

Dell is doing a great job getting their revenue up before this month is over, but they're not going to slash prices during the hottest buying season for laptops.

Price should actually rebound a little by then.
 
I don't need one, but I passed along the info to several friends. I tried it out on a random dell configuration and the coupon still seems to work (as of 11:30 CDT/EST)

I have one in my cart for $865 after rebate. I think I got in right before they pulled it from the site. I'm still debating on whether or not to get it.
 
Ugh!! My estimated ship date is November 10th!! At first it was Oct 26th.

I guess that's just due to the number of these they're selling 🙂

BTW I ordered a 700M, semi-loaded (60gb HD, DVD-R drive, etc), so maybe that's another reason for the delay on my order...

Now I can sell this old Powerbook!!
 
it is tempting, but i cant afford more than $400 on a laptop... dvdr on a laptop sounds like an overkill 🙁
happy for those who got on the deal tho :thumbsup:
