Not for #1, but how about Arkansas? They had a hell of a year, especially second half. I would say they should be top 10 depending on how many players they lose.

W/nearly all of USC's defenders returning and John David Booty and their running backs getting another spring to simmer, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better choice.

Itll be USC at #1 and probably Florida or Michigan at 2 and the other at 3. OSU will probably be top 5 as well. I wouldnt be surprised to see Penn St top 5 either.
