I hate threads like these, because I get caught in rabbit hole after rabbit hole, even if I know the backstory. I missed the RAM one, that is priceless.

I don't really have a most memorable moment, as they have all been funny in their own way. I think my time at ATOT's spinoff forum TFNN was probably the most entertaining, however. Lots of good times there.
 
Been too many. Off the top of my head I remember some poster called out Lola on her knowledge of implants because he thought she was a dude.

Wow thats weird, go through that thread and look at each edit, they all appear as happening today, and then look at your clock, the times match the current time as well. Strange.....

Anyway, hundreds of thousands of people request information from the United States government each year about the money that they provide for people to go to college, start their own business, etc. The government gives out millions to people who get the right forms in. If you've gone to college, have you ever heard of the FAFSA? That's just one example.

The US gov. employs a company (atleast this one, maybe more) to get information to people (who request it) on how to get the government's money. Since the companies don't have nearly enough people working for them to get the amount of information out that is needed, they hire people to work from home. That's where I come in.

I'll be folding pamphlets and stuffing them into envelopes each week. They're prestamped and already addressed. I've been told it takes anywhere from 3 to 6 hours per week to stuff the 725. It sounded like alot to me until I realized that when I was working at Intel I was doing the exact same thing, only with invoices that didn't get faxed out the night before.

Overall, I'm looking forward to listening to music, watching TV, and pondering my bellybutton as if it were a mystical object while stuffing the things.

Someone wrote me a letter (at my old address) asking me to reply here 😉

I'm the guy with the RAM stick. The whole story is that it didn't end up being FS/T related at all. That stick failed memtest, so some of my buddies up in Seattle mailed it to me as seen without telling me. It took over a month to arrive. Being a big buyer in FS/T, I of course thought someone had sold that to me. A couple of days after I posted the pic they let me in on the joke. No worries about leaving it as-is with my address, I posted it that way in the first place so the cats out of the bag anyway.
