1 of 2 possibilities:
1. it was a "gift," which means his parents or grandparents actually own it, then gave it to him. He officially owns it, but he paid 10 bucks to get it from his grammy. It's a tax thing.

2: Or, he's one of the biggest reasons why our economy is currently failing. some dipshit bank allowed this assclown to purchase property that he clearly can't afford, with essentially no money down. Certainly, it would be no surprise that Danny boy is part of the reason that American families can't afford a fucking can of black beans, let alone some eurotrash denim.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if a southern FL bank allowed Danny boy to purchase this condo with his "denim business" as collateral. Pretty much confirms what the rest of the country already knows about southern FL....

hell, the deed probably isn't current. It's a copy that he made before the bank repossessed it from his broke, lying ass.

For some reason, a part of me actually believes this kid has the condo, makes the 60k or whatever, and that he does sell jeans on the side. It's just the way this guy presents himself and is a complete douchebag to everything around him that is annoying.

The funny thing is, even if all of that is true, it's still shit. If he's banking high 6 figures, and is truly hot looking, then MAYBE he can talk the way he does (which would still make him a douche bag), but at least he'd have reasons to be then.

Even then I'm not sure. Yeah it was co-signed, so going into it he did not own it, but that doesn't mean he isn't the sole owner as of right now..
