Wow, so the fattie got a deal of a condo for $10, yet still needed to buy it with someone else. So, the place isn't his own but shared with someone else.

And he acts like he bought it all by himself with tons of money. What a joke.

I'm not really going to explain to you guys what that means. Like the man said, it's the reason americans can't eat a can of black beans, and I'm rolling around in designer denim.

the point is, I own the deed, the other party involved is well, I don't want to give out any secrets...

Well, no, the condo wasn't $10... it's just standard legal crap they have to put on there so that there is proof of consideration..
Not that I'd actually try to defend casio.. just sayin'

I know the condo isn't worth $10. But was given it and didn't buy it like he wants people to think.

Even then I'm not sure. Yeah it was co-signed, so going into it he did not own it, but that doesn't mean he isn't the sole owner as of right now..

wait, what am I doing bringing logic into this thread?

And you think a jeans salesman decided to buy the condo outright after being given to him for nothing? You know he's lied about everything else right?

hey good job, I knew it was only a matter of time until someone accessed PUBLIC tax info.

for a crafty forum like this, it only took 800 posts to figure it out.

Thanks, I only started reading it tonight. When I first saw the thread I figured it would be locked pretty quickly.

I sure was wrong.

Makes $60k, but deposits $12k cash every two weeks. Paid off a $200k condo and bought a $38k car outright. He fails at math, among other things.

With his address.

I guess Lorisa is your gf/fiance? No.. she's a broker who co-signed with you..?

More than one... Aqua Vista Townhomes in 2006... Jade Winds Group Camelia Gardens in 2005... a mortgage through Washington Mutual on 8/31/06... and your brother is at The Beach Club at Fontainebleau Park..

Pretty boring information here, really.

http://southflorida.blockshopp...50/233_ne_14th_avenue/

yeah that would be my brother. He owns 17 other properties around the country...

Oh, that I doubt, especially since he has a mortgage.
Nothing wrong with that... don't know why he'd lie and say he bought it outright.

That isn't my mother, what I will say is it's not wise to buy a condo without putting someone down with rights of survivorship.

Should something happen to me I have specific instructions on where my properties will go... If I am on the deed alone and I lose a property, the government steps in and will attempt to snatch it and then a big legal battle ensues and a big portion of my properties are snatched up by uncle sam.

If you paid it off and owned it outright why is your real estate broker on the deed? If it was yours wouldn't she have signed it over to you?

Then why is your name the one written into the contract? I would think the primary owner, the one with actual credit, would have the honor of being typed into the contract, like your Mom is.

so yeah, why is your name penned into the warranty contract?
