For starters I nearly always use Albacore in water when available, and will outright refuse to consume tuna in oil if I don't have to. Unfortunately I brought in oil by mistake and forgot to get the other ingredients I need to make tuna salad.
Let see I haven't made it in awhile, a few years at least and I'm trying to remember how I prepared some last time. Off hand I used:
Sliced Black Olives.
Salt.
Black Pepper.
Hot Sauce.
Pickle Relish.
Onions.
Mustard.
Eggs.
And sometimes Mayo.
Well that is what I can recall. So how do you make yours?
