lay a tortilla flat. spread a little enchilada suace on it. put in some cooked chicken (i like to use the pre roasted ones from the deli counter at the grocery store) season the chicken if you want to. If you want to you can add some refried beans and mexican rice. roll it up and put it in a baking pan. Put more sauce on top then add cheese. Cook at 400 for 20-30 minutes or just until hot.

edit: put some cheese inside too
