I made Spring Rolls with ground turkey breast, shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, and bean thread noodles.

I baked them instead of frying them... not quite as tasty that way, but definitely healthier.

Aha - OK.

The one near me is just off "Old Country Road", which is one of the larger E -- W roads in our area, and I always assumed that's where they got the name.

I am making ribs, chicken and corn on the grill with my special glaze. Add in french bread and a tossed salad, and you have heaven.
