I knew a guy that would just buy new underwear instead of washing it.
true story.
Did he wash the new ones before wearing them?

when i was in california i saw cars with no plates EVERYWHERE. i was told it was to facilitate walking up to a dealership and driving away, and owners have up to 30 days to register.
That becomes the mentality of just about everyone that becomes rich.
I've seen he transformation of many that come into money. It's amazing.
Jobs didn't care about money, yet had his products made in China.
The article quoted an obscure loophole in California law stating that an individual has up to six months to register a vehicle.
Steve (or someone close to him) spotted a loophole in the California vehicle laws. Anyone with a brand new car had a maximum of six months to affix the issued number plate to the vehicle.
So Jobs made an arrangement with the leasing company; he would always change cars during the sixth month of the lease, exchanging one silver Mercedes SL55 AMG for another identical one. At no time would he ever be in a car as old as six months; and thus there was no legal requirement to have the number plates fitted.
Steve Jobs never had license plates on his car... supposedly for privacy reasons.
Sounds to me like Saint Jobs wasn't much more than a shady schemer.
And people say Apple fanboys are delusional/irrational/etc...

In the 70s when my dad was a bachelor he would buy used clothes at the thrift store instead of washing his. Then occasionally he would take several garbage bags of dirty, ill-fitting clothes down to the laundromat and wash them all.
I can understand why people don't like hippies.
Our peasant laws don't apply to him.

the directors' obligation is to make as much money for stockholders as possible, otherwise they get the boot in a hurry. besides, i doubt it would be possible to manufacture many of today's consumer goods in america at all.
LOL out of all of the things Jobs did, you define him with his license plate preferences? WTF?
i knew a girl like this
too lazy to wash her clothes
It was common knowledge that Jobs would park his Mercedes SL55 AMG in a handicapped spot at Apple's Cupertino, Calif., headquarters

By not paying into that failing California money pit of a government like he should have?
I might've missed it, but why didn't anyone make a point about this:
