Graham already confirmed it to Sen Tim Scott who said publicly that Durbin's account of the meeting is accurate.

You're expecting a relatable response from a guy who is King of his own world. And I'll admit, I do not know how widespread the sentiment is, that Southern pride can have its own identity apart from the South's racist history. Among conservative circles I figure it runs at a crossroads of Libertarian "fuck off Feds" attitude, an outside perspective that views racism as a past battle, and an utter disbelief that something as vile as the Klan even exists today.

That it'd be Neo Nazis out there instead of Grandma with a "don't tread on me" flag? I think there's some disbelief embedded in there. I will say this though, the President should have owned up to it and elaborated distinctions or apologized. Not that he's capable of either thing.

When I read quotes like this, I have to wonder whether the person saying it is a white supremacist (e.g. someone who would say regard slavery as an "achievement") or someone who is just extremely delusional. The same goes for the people who advocate reading this tripe.

Notwithstanding the modus operandi of the left to wholly dismiss information based on a few words or a sentence, I have a quick quiz that touches on just one item in her paragraph. Who said the following?

And she has overlooked the overarching aspect of the leftist push for open borders. Primarily it's because the left values illegal immigrants over American citizens. They value those illegals for their votes so much that they are threatening to shut down the government. As is their norm, despite not being in power, they feel that they are in power.

Dicky Durbin has publicly stated that he is focused full time on illegal aliens. Blacks in America and especially in Illinois can suck hind tit as far as Dicky is concerned. I've got to commend him for his honesty. There is no question what his agenda is.

You caught us out. Every day we wake up and start planning how we can best destroy America. We are certain we can do better than Bush/Cheney if we just set our minds to it. The only problem is we have an order of magnitude less brain power on our side compared to conservatives. That and we can't seem to bend facts to our will like you guys.

I don't know the exact context and circumstances of that quote, but if I had to guess, it was five days before the election and it looks like virtually meaningless hyperbole to me. I would be surprised if similar quotes can't be found from almost every premier/prime ministerial/presidential candidate who stood a realistic chance of winning.

Remember, this guy lives in such an ideological bubble of crazy that he thinks the left is out to destroy America and values illegal immigrants (who can't vote) for their imaginary votes over regular Americans. That's a loony tunes fantasy world. He also regularly castigates people on the left for being crazy and out of touch with reality.

Remember the accusation where Trump was calling nations who's population are black or people of color shithole and he wants his immigrants from Norway? It was a closed door meeting and Republicans denied he said it. Democrats in the room told the story.

Almost 8 years Trump finally admits he said it. I guess America is now sufficiently racist where he can admit in the open.
