So this guy comes into work last night with 2 sticks of fried ram...

Totally burnt up, ruined sticks of ram.... Man they stunk...

Anyway, i proceed to show him our selection of ram and speak with him about what happened. After talking with him for 3-4 minutes, i asked one simple question that i thought would be pretty obvious...

'Was your computer off when you installed the ram?" His answer? "Uhhhh, no. I thought it had to be on to detect it"

Turns out he was pulling the ram in and out of the system while it was on, swapped his chips in and out at least 4-5 times. My lord, some people...
