So...Roomate Issue

I rent a house with two other guys, things are fine, house is nice as is the neighborhood. The only reason I have to complain is the one has his woman over every night. They are 23, but I swear they're 16. She spends more time at the place than I do, she isn't paying rent, etc. Sometimes I'd just like to be able to take a manly dump, fart, etc, without having a woman in the house. Is this unreasonable?

If you're paying rent, go ahead amicold, if she complains, tell her she does not contribute to the rent.
 
She's 23, gymnast, cute but looks 12 so I guess technically pedobear should make an appearance. Regardless, I am not rude and I do not do the same to them. I should clarify, by over, she sleeps over. And takes a shower at the oddest times (presumably post-copulation)as to not feel like a slut. This wakes me up, and pisses me off.

:camera:s? Also if someone taking a shower wakes you up, unless you sleep in the bathroom, you're probably such a light sleeper because you're way too uptight and need to chill. The lack of pics confirms this suspicion.

My buddy/roomate freshman year had his chick over 98% of the time in our tiny dorm room. I would come back from wherever and start to unlock the door until i'd hear "WAIT!!!!". After numerous times encountering this, I started putting my ass up against the door while they stopped boning/got dressed and cut loose. She got grossed out eventually, so it worked well 🙂

Its too obvious and would probably get stolen nowadays.
 
Does your lease have any terms on it about guests? I know the contract I am about to sign for the house I plan to rent next year says tenants are only permitted to have infrequent overnight guests.

Express your concerns to your roommate. If the situation does not improve, speak to him again. If this does not help, stop trying to be nice and just act how you please.

My roommate last year had his girlfriend over 4 nights a week for a few weeks. I befriended her but never let her become comfortable in our dorm room. For example, I would walk in without knocking (it's my room after all), play 'Let's Get it On' and other such music while they were hooking up, lounge around in nothing but a towel and/or boxers, etc. Eventually they started going to her room instead of ours.
 
Say she either needs to pay rent or not come over so much.

If your only qualm is not being able to poop or fart, then poop or fart, who cares, it's your house.
 
This isn't the first time I've heard this same complaint. In a nutshell, it's a lose-lose situation. If you tell your roommate you're gonna get on bad terms. #1 she is not gonna stop coming over #2 she is not gonna pay rent #3 I highly doubt you're gonna escalate the issue to your landlord or something. All you can do is hope that they break up but yeah it is unfair and annoying that you can't rip ass in your own place.
 
If you're not trying to fuck her, why do you care what she thinks when you fart/shit? Just go for it, she'll think you're gross but if she complains tell her to fuck the fuck off.
