i hope that guy pays dearly.

Nothing humanly possible could possibly be enough punishment for this guy. This is one of those cases that makes me hope the good old "Hellfire and Brimstone" version of hell as described by southern babtist preachers is waiting for this guy.

Whatever it takes to cause it, they should be shot. There's no rehabilitating that. So we should feed this worthless fvck and pay for cable and weights for the rest of his sick life?

People should have to work in prison, earning their keep. I have to work here on the outside to pay my rent and bills, and I haven't killed anyone!

I just heard this on the radio this morning driving to work. :|:(

Of all the alcohol induced blackout stories I've ever heard, nothing even comes close to this. People do stupid things, not go on a murderous rampage. Sounds premeditated to me. This guy should get the death penalty, although he deserves far worst.

Absolutely. I can't stand all this crap about cruel and unusual punishment, blah, blah, blah. When someone commits a violent crime, IMHO they waive all human rights. Cable TV, weights, 3 squares a day--these are all things that law-abiding citizens have to pay money for. How is it that society has found it okay to tax citizens so that violent criminals can have a bed to sleep in, food to eat, and entertainment to quench their boredom?

Make these fvckers earn their prison time--put them to work.

No... I disagree... this is an issue of disposal... he must be removed... it's not about revenge... Whatever is the cheapest method of disposal is what should be used.

Good question, but this really made me rethink my stance of rehabilitation. Maybe we should just have a desert island somewhere where we can stick all the sex offenders, violent drug addicts, rapists, welfare queens, personal injury lawyers, and all the rest of the scum of society. Let them live in the cesspool they're comfortable with, and let the rest of us actually make something out of life.

I nominate Kansas to be said desert island. Just put a big fence around it and let them all have fun.

Another reason a loaded handgun should be in easy, but secure, reach in a home.

That POS should have ended up with a mag full of hollowpoints in his torso instead of a nice jail cell.

I need to add one point of clarification and provide some back story that is missing on the news.

The guy was not in a Rehab house. He got out of a rehab house a month ago and moved into a duplex on my street. It is just a normal rental unit. I live a few houses down from the Milkins and so far this whole thing makes absolutely no sense to me.

Back story on what you won't hear on the news; the guy that did this moved into a unit where some street racers were recently living. The street racers constantly would drag up and down our street late at night over that last couple of months, until all of us that live here sort of banded together to get them caught by the cops and get their car impounded. 2 months ago, the street racer was out revving his engine right in front of the Milkins house, we along with 5 other families called the cops, they came, caught them in the act and impounded the car right in front of the Milkins house. The guy then got evicted from the unit a few weeks later.

The guy that did this then moved in about a month ago, and we never met him, kept to himself.

About 2 weeks ago, there were about 7 cop cars just parked on the street, waiting for someone to come home. We still to this day don't know what or who they were waiting for, but they were parked in front of the Milkins house. A week later, last week, we were woken up to someone going through our yard, and it turned out it was the Kirkland Police with search dogs. Then this happens on Monday.

I have been hesitant to post this, but having information wrong about a story so tragic just bothers me. I still think this guy is not telling the truth as to what happened, and I think this is related to something to do with the Cops running through our neighborhood in the last two weeks. I don't believe this guy blacked out, but I do believe this was retaliation for something he may have been involved in. But for all I know, this guy may have been setup if we was an alcoholic and someone else did this.
