Um, duh. :roll: Of course Fox owns the rights. My point was Fox cancelled the show and didn't care enough about it to make it available on DVD or syndication yet contacted my ISP over a single episode being posted.

Whether they wanted to put it on DVD when YOU or anyone else wanted them to is irrelevant. FOX still owns the rights and it's THEIR property to do with as they wish. You stole their property and made it available for others to do the same, single episode or not.
