I dont know, maybe if someone who knows this can clarify. I know methane gas itself is undectable and quite deadly. perhaps in small quantities it is sedative, yet not lethal? Perhaps it was to keep us asleep...

the neighborhood actually isnt too bad. The house across the street sold last week for $650,000. There are a lot 'small', burglaries and stuff. Its not remotely close to being bad enough for bar windows, though.

I even have a portable one I built. I mounted the motion light to a block of wood and wired them with an extension cord. I can move them around as I see fit.
