depends on your location cuda... if youre in or near cali you should have no issues..
they only have 1 distro center and its in cali somewhere.. so here in texas it takes up to 7 days to get soemthing from them or return...

gamezandflix.com is supposed to be much faster and alot cheaper per month and have distro centers all over..

I had Gamefly for a few months. They "lost" my 2nd game I ever sent back to them but after that it wasn't bad. They never charged me to replace it or anything.
Turn around times were about 2-3 days.
Some of the newer games were often out for the first 1-2 weeks of their release.

I only canceled because my job got in the way,....

I've had gamefly for a little over 3 months... it's been pretty good. The turn around times aren't the best, but I normally keep the games for at least a week and while I'm waiting for new games I can play uno, texas hold 'em, etc

I currently have the 3 game out at a time plan and it works out good. I usually always have at least one, if not 2 games in my possession at all times while waiting for the next one.

I have gotten one scratched game, and one game that didn't make it to me, but as soon as you let them know they ship out your next game no problem.

Turn around seems to be around 5-7 days for me here in Virginia. I tried gameznflix but I prefer gamefly enough over them to make the wait worthwhile.

there were a few things, although it was only a 14 day trial.
I didn't like their website at ALL. it is not nearly as good as gamefly for browsing/adding games to your queu.
It also seemed like I got the newer games quicker from gamefly also. I got Saint's row sent to me the day it came out, as well as a few other games on the day of release. I was unable to get any of the top 10 games in my queu while with gameznflix.

I mean, look on gameznflix.com and find saint's row. They dont even have an image for the game, and no where does it say how long the wait is for the game. I guess you have to log in first?
Maybe my reasons are very trivial but the entire experience with gamefly has been better than my short experience with gameznflix was. I'm sure they are probably OK to deal with. I know for a fact that they had slightly faster shipping times.
