I guess that I just gamble at casinos quite often and I like the rules they have to stick to. I WANT oversight on that. As much as I dislike gubment intervention in anything this is one that I firmly support. It's federal oversight that prevents people from getting duped. So as far as where I stand - allow any gaming, but keep it fair.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Congress didn't make online gambling illegal, they made it illegal for banks to transfer money to or from a gambling company. From what I've read, there is already a work around the new law that utilizes prepaid visa debit cards.
