But seriously, do they lift the NDA @ midnight , or do they make you wait til say 9am EST???

Heh- what can I tell you? The only thing I know that hasn't already been revealed by vendors breaking NDA is MSRP and expected retail?

I'd post that, but being a guy lucky enough to get scraps of info who doesn't know what time NDA expires, I leave it to someone else to break that news.

(especially given how soon you should know it! ;) )

Anyway, you got to admit that as the MSRP/post NDA prices will probably be lower than the pre-NDA "we'll let you buy one for a premium" prices the part is as amazing as I told you it was going to be?

That the got 550-580 on the cores, 1700+ on the memory, and it will be in the same ballpark pricewise as a X1800XT is amazing to me. (without a die shrink)

i'm hoping for lower prices on a 7800gt...but we all know that won't happen :\

I don't recall seeing that midnight 11/14 was the time NDA lifts? Haven't past NDA times been during business hours, PST?

Guys i bought my 2 cards on FRIDAY and the store had 9 of them in stock and more coming this week, so i think the availabilty wont be a problem. Oh ya stock on these is 580/1.73 when i detect optimal settings it jumps to 603/1.77 and it will do 620/1.81 with the stock cooling without a problem.
