2 pounds of kielbasa (diced)
2 cans of sauerkraut with caraway seeds
1 pound baby carrots
2 large russet potatoes (diced)
6 cups of chicken broth
2 teaspoons of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper ground (cayenne)
3 garlic cloves

brown the kielbasa - then cook the onions and garlic in with the kielbasa

Dump everything above into a crock pot (6 quart) - and cook for 8 hours.

Mine has another hour. . .

Your co-workers will hate you tomorrow... errr, if you work on Sundays that is.
It sounds tasty though.

Where did you get the Kielbasa? Got a bulk supplier?... I'm assuming it's the good stuff.

Sounds good. If you're adventurous, try adding sugar and vinegar to the cabbage. It'll make a sweet & sour cabbage (what kielbasa is best served with!) and you'll be a step closer to authentic Polish :D

I'm not a big fan of caraway seed. I don't like the rye taste, and they get stuck in my teeth :(
