i belive it. odds are he is not makeing any/much money. since he has a kid he gets a bunch of stuff back.
it really wouldnt suprise me is being a lazy jerk living off section 8 housing, food stamps,etc and getting the child credit tax. so yeah it is possible he is getting back MORE then he paid in.
