Declare all current residents are citizens of the nation
Declare the ONLY means of receiving citizenship is by being born to parents who are both citizens
Declare a 99.9% income tax for non-citizens
Offer no services/welfare to non-citizens
you'll end up pretty isolated

Reminds me of the following joke.
Three guys, a Canadian, an Israeli, and Osama Bin Laden are out walking together one day. They come across a lantern and a Genie pops out of it.
"I will give you each one wish, that's three wishes total," says the Genie.
The Canadian says, "I am a farmer, my dad was a farmer, and my son will also farm. I want the land to be forever fertile in Canada."
With a blink of the Genie's eye, 'FOOM' the land in Canada was forever made fertile for farming.
Osama Bin Laden was amazed, so he said; "I want a wall around Afghanistan, so that no infidels or Jews can come into our precious state."
Again, with a blink of the Genie's eye, 'POOF' there was a huge wall around Afghanistan.
Orly, the Israeli asks, "I'm very curious. Please tell me more about this wall."
The Genie explains, "Well, it's about 150 feet high, 50 feet thick and completely surrounds the country; nothing can get in or out."
Orly says, "Fill it up with water."

1. Take every single natural resource that we use and find ways to replace them using synthetic resources which originate from other natural resources that are easy to reproduce in our own country.
2. Improve technology as much as possible in order to streamline and automate the production of products and services that are normally rendered outside the US.
3. Dump a lot of money to make sure our military is ridiculously strong.
4. Eliminate all immigration somehow.
5. Find the lamp containing a Genie so he can make all of the above happen in a realistic manner and within a short time frame.

If they want our money, they don't really have a choice, do they? Most of the work (preliminary talks, other agreements) is done by white male underlings anyway.
