Reminds me of the following joke.

2. Improve technology as much as possible in order to streamline and automate the production of products and services that are normally rendered outside the US.

3. Dump a lot of money to make sure our military is ridiculously strong.

4. Eliminate all immigration somehow.

5. Find the lamp containing a Genie so he can make all of the above happen in a realistic manner and within a short time frame.
