Yes I know, and one of the stupidest laws on the books. They need to do away with the anchor baby loophole and part of the problem would be self correcting. That, and start going heavily after employers that hire illegals. Politicians are too weak and corrupt these days to actually do what is right though.

Why the hell not? It's called enforcing our laws and borders. Every other country on the face of the planet can say who they will or will not let in their country...ESPECIALLY MEXICO. So, why can't we? You want to talk about a country that enforces their labor and immigration laws...fvck, Mexico has made an art of that. What exactly am I missing here?

Try and go to Mexico to work. You'll need a passport, you'll need to pay a fee, you'll need to get work papers at the border and if you don't, the company you work for will be fined heavily...and believe me, they do check and they do enforce. I know this for a FACT.

So you are one of the idiots who can't grasp the concept of ILLEGAL. They are not citizens and they entered the country illegally. Many get forged papers and thus STEAL social services or simply operate within the country illegaly.
