It's not just a sign, it's so solid it could be used in court.

There's a .001 percent chance that there's another explanation for why she doesn't respond. Either way, leaving her further messages can only hurt you. So the best course in 100% of the cases is to act as if she has no interest and forget about her.

I would say that you are allowed to leave two messages without looking like a stalker and hurting yourself. However, since you left one of each that counts as two. She didn't miss both your text and your phone call accidentally.

This is one of those "who the hell knows" situations. With some girls it could simply be that she's not interested, but I've met other girls that won't return attention until they've been overly flooded with it, and then yet other girls who play all kinds of attention games. Bottom line, who knows, just try not to get too involved and wing it. That's by far the best advice I can give you.

If she's into you she's excited that you called. And don't just call to say "hey", call to setup a date - name night, time and what. If she doesn't call back then move on.
