What do you think about that?The corporate HR department is responsible for establishing our Affirmative Action plan. Legal would not allow me to give much specific information on the plan. However the plan is created by looking at each respective job category and title determining the availability of the protected groups in the work area and looking at the demographics of the people currently in those postitions. With that information it is then determined if we are in compliance or if a protected group is underutilized in that area. We keep information on all applicants and the dispostion of their application. There are also about 10 minority referral agencies that we used in order to ensure the applicant pool is diverse.
