So I took cans and bottles back yesterday. With PICS!

How long did that take to accumulate???

that's about what, 970 bottles, or 500 bottles and 940 cans (assuming .10 for bottles and .05 for cans)

That's a crapload of beer...

😀

I have no comment on that question 😱

Bottles and cans are both $0.05 in Oregon 😉

When I was helping my sister and brother-in-law renovate their house in Seattle, we got rid of the aluminum siding and installed cedar siding. We loaded their old Plymouth van (bought mainly for hauling building materials and debris) from floor to ceiling with the aluminum siding, and took it to the recycler. They weighed the vehicle full, then empty, and paid us per pound. We wound up with a few hundred dollars.

This reminds me of that Seinfeld episode when Kramer and Neuman try to recycle bottles in other states to get more $$ back 🙂

Damn. That's a lot of cans.

When I was a kid, my friends and I woul go house to house asking if we could take their unwanted cans.

Over a month, we collected about 60$ worth.. and I thought that was a lot.
