The first part was in good humor but adding that second part is only something you want to do with someone you are very familiar with, especially with women how they are.
 
I have a female on my crew that needs tuning up every couple of months. She cries every time. The first time I felt bad, now I don't.

No, really. If you can't control your emotional-roller-coaster-of-a-life and keep that garbage out of the workplace, then it's time to find another job or get some therapy. You're there to do business, to make money, and go home. You're not there to take your coworkers seriously and walk around emotionally vulnerable just waiting for the first person to speak to you so you can flip out. Go home.
