So, I just made a homemade pizza

Tomatoes should be put on the pizza AFTER it has been cooked. Or, if you actually want to cook the tomatoes (and then you should use only Romas and/or sun-dried IMO), the tomatoes should be put on top.
I don't know if this caused your cheese issue, but it's possible. Isn't Sargento's supposed to be good quality cheese?

Okay maybe I shouldn't have said burnt. Cooked cheese turns an orangey brown sometimes, especially the cheese more exposed to heat (the cheese on the outside).

The only thing that looks good on that pizza is the crust.

Edit: Oh... if the cheese turned color before even being cooked... then I guess that's weird. Probably just some juices mixing with the cheese, some sort of chemical reaction... Mozzarella cheese is probably treated with something when it's processed.

It was real mozzarella. The pizza had no meat, so it wasn't grease. Looks like someone poured melted Velvetta all over it. There has to be SOME sort of reason for it...

When cheese on pizza starts burning it starts turning yellow/orange man

eh, not that orange though. More of a brownish orange. Something is definitely wrong with that cheese if it turned orange when you left it out. I would not eat it. Did your woman survive? You said she had a piece. Now I want to go to the store and get my own bag and test this out.

That is indeed strange. But as I was watching the Food Network (Molto Mario) about a half hour ago I could've sworn the cheese on one of his pizzas was orange like yours.
