Ok die on this hill.
Would you say looking at shoppers, wearing a backpack is the norm... or not so much? I also wonder why they'd have such a silly rule.

FYI your life is going to be ruined if you think you can just take food and drink anywhere you please as well, I'll just get that one out of the way for you.
I don't believe in spending my money at a place where they treat you like a thief through the entire process, and even on subsequent visits after having potentially dropped hundreds of dollars even (or is it that they pick and choose in this case? I'm not sure which is worse).

And your food and drink comment is just funny.

Maybe you can open up your own store, watch the thieves take money out of your pockets, and decide what is "fair" regarding your backpack / large bag policy. ;)

Also, if you don't want salespeople asking you questions, buy the item online.
What I'm saying is if more people were like me, they'd lose more money missing out on business than they would from shoplifters.

Whatever, just my opinion.

As for buying online: checking out panels in person to get a general idea of refresh rates before doing research/purchases online was the idea. I basically already buy everything online.

Don't get it conflated, you WERE acting like a thief. Thanks, thought of that myself, figured I'd help you out as life is hard, going through life dumb is harder.

I'm not the one making a post about an reasonable request to shop in a store on a tech forum.
;)
You proved with your previous comment you're quite ignorant. And your using a winking emoji doesn't cancel out the fact that you are, in fact, angry.

Just lol.

Remember, OP is the guy, that bought Kingston or Crucial RAM, in a new sealed box, and because the individual DIMM's product codes didn't match up with that of the outer kit, he claimed that the seller was ripping him off, and wanted a refund. Even though, it was the RAM he ordered, and it worked in his system. Because of "principles" or somesuch.

(I call it "the principle of lacking in clue"... much like this backpack incident.)

Edit: Here's the thread. Apparently, I was (partially) wrong in my assessment above, and the original pair of sticks turned out to be defective.

Inaccurate, but whatever helps you continue the AT circlejerk.

And you neckbeards wonder why people leave this forum.

I'm ignorant? Oh please, tell me how, explain it to me like I'm a 5 year old (angry) child.

You want me to explain to you the obvious? Yeah, no. It's not my job to educate the ignorant, especially when it's a path they choose on a daily basis.

I will say though that you should try working on your empathy, and being less of a dick in general.

Lmao, you're just digging yourself into a progressively deeper hole of ignorance.

I take it you also think that, because my backpack is pink, I must be LGBTQ?

Why do you think anyone here cares or wanted to know the color of your backpack? How is that relevent to this rant in any way shape or form? Now you are bring sexual proclivities here? Pick a lane already.

Lmao, please call me dumb again. It's really rich coming from you, given you totally missed my point.

Anyway, see what I said above. I suggest you take it to heart.

Hey dude, I was just looking to rant, not necessarily get people who agree with me.
Hey, everyone is free to post their rants here.

But at the same time, when the rant is largely considered "weak sauce" by most people who read it, you got to be willing to deal with the public blow-back.

You realize I made a statement, if you accept the premise of said statement you agree that you are in fact dumb. Btw I only stated it once, but keep acting like I say it in every reply. I think this is a clear case of "thou protest too much".

All I can do is roll my eyes at this. I give up on you, tbh. Take care.

That GIF is beyond inaccurate, but you're entitled to your own perceptions.

I'm done with this thread. Too many people on this forum don't know how to disagree without hurling insults at an OP or mocking them in general. It's actually quite sad, since it reflects what people are like in person.
