The reason I said ANYTIME is, there is no waiting for "night" time. My 600 minutes are good anytime during the week.

The girl sits next to me in class had a $400 cell phone bill last month. Then this month she got charged over $1000 for her usage. She said the phone is her life lol. I think her service is from Sprint PCS. Women talk too much!

Good lord. That's scary. I pay 29.99 a month and rarely use more than 300 minutes.

i originally had a $30 dollar plan with cingular during december 2000 that was suppossed to last a year. that plan was fine for me. when my contract ended, i realized i didnt use many minutes so i asked to go to the $20 plan. one month later, my bill was $35 for going over coz for some reason, i used my phone alot more. so i asked to cancel since id rather sign up for a better plan elsewhere. they said that they would still give me the $20 plan, with extra $5 credit each month for 6 months, and for a year give me the $40 plan benefits. so for the first 6 months it was $15 for the $40 plan, and the rest of the 6 months for $20 for the $40 plan. fastforward to recently, back to regular $20 plan, but went over to $35 last month. again called cingular to cancel, but went ahead and decicded to give me $40 plan at $25. still better than competition, so im sticking with them for the next 6 months or so. all this without further contract signing cept the initial one. without a contract, all they can do is bargain to keep me a customer.

(sorry for no paragraph breaks) heh

i don't have a cell phone

i don't answer the phone at home (99% of the time its for my wife and i am not her answering service)

i don't answer my phone at work because 90% of the time i am not in my cube

i don't check the voice mail on my phone at work because i don't feel like it

i basically don't really like talking on the telephone ;)

LOL, is this how you have time to count "age * posts * # of computers in your house"? ;-)

shut the heck up....
your telling him to suck it up because your business pays more for service than he does????

Where did you leave your logic, just out of curiosity....think you will ever see it again?

My plan is $39 a month for somethign like 2500 minutes or so from verison ( all but 500 are night and weekend.

Since I got it, I think I have made less than 500 minutes in outbound calls since december of last year.

I don't care what people say about cell phones. I don't have one because I want to feel "important", I have one because it's useful. Every day I drive an hour to and from school and that's the time I take to make all my phone calls. While in the car I have nothing else to do (except drive, duh...which, btw, it's the most boring stretch of road ever) so I take advantage of it.
Cell phones have gotten so cheap that anyone can afford one, not just the "important" people. I call my g/f everynight and talk for probably a half hour.

btw, text messaging is very useful. Don't know what I'd do without it.
