#1. I had a messy place in college, but god, that place is a sh!thole.
#2. As others have said, do you even know what eviction means?

I've seen worse.

My question for the landlord is wtf did you expect renting to college students?

Lord knows we made bigger messes than that in college.

yeah, you need to go. "nothing is permanent" ... those stains (yes, they won't come up to the original color) on the stove beg to differ.

I'll post the after cleanup picture and prove you wrong 🙂

yeah, place looks pretty bad but Im curious to see how well you guys can clean the place up. good luck.

well heck i expect college students to have some self respect. why would you want to live in a sh!thole like that?

there is also a diffrence between a mess and leaving puke in a bag for weeks.

Expect in one hand ****** in another, see which one fills up first. The majority of college kids are slobs.

Like I said, that's really not that bad.

We spent almost $20,000 last year to repair and renovate the interior of the house.
1. That money was spent before we moved in.
2. He didn't spend the money since he took over the house after we signed the lease (in fact we had to write new checks to him).

They didn't say that they spent it while you were living there retard, they're saying they put a lot of money into renovating the house and you're ruining it! Quit living like disgusting slobs!

I hope they evict you with a swift kick to the ass. Even if the apartment is now clean, you guys look like a bunch of class-A rejects. Congratulations on clogging up the university system like all the other asshats. Do me a favor... drop all your classes this semester and come back when you have a clue.

Pretty friggen' gross. I worked as a resident coordinator for my university apartments when I was in grad school. We'd have to do move-out inspections after everyone left. I've seen worse, but what I'm seeing in those pictures is still what we'd consider gross.

I'd say most of our apartments looked decent after everyone moved out. Maybe 20% looked like what's being posted and 20% were absolutely pristine as if someone could move in immediately.

I'm not sure why a landlord would put $20K into rennovating a place for college kids. I think it's weird that they go in to look around if there's no reason to be in there and there's no complaint. I think they're just making themselves feel bad by looking at the mess in the interim. They'll see what's left once ya'll move out, and hopefully they got a huge security deposit.

Good job getting it clean. NOW keep it that way.

edit: just putting in 10 minutes a day will keep the place as clean as it is now. well worht it. It just feels better having clean place to live.
