have you guys even had a fresh krispy kream where they're still warm, omg. thats the most amazing thing, they just melt in your mouth and you can eat a dozen like that when they're warm.

<< /me thinks Kami has never partaken in the food of the Gods...known as Krispy Kreme. >>

too much sugar makes me fat, so no. i save all my calories and carbs for beer

*sniff*

mavis and brittania, that's not too far from my old house, 1634 Bristol Road West (drive by sometime and see where the Jigga man grew up!!!)

EDIT: Jigga man now lives in the home of Krispy Kreme, good ol' North Carolina (yet I can only find one donut shop near where i live in charlotte and thats 22 minutes away...)

Their donuts are mediocre at best, and just plain disgusting at times. People always are bringing them to school, and they generally have them when I goto work. I think they are cheap, donuts with a big marketing campaign. I'd much rather give my money to the nice family that owns a private bakery down the street, they even fill any donut with cream while you stand there. And real bavarian cream.. not this pathetic cool-whip-knockoff junk.

Here in Cincinnati we have a place called UDF (United Dairy Farmers) on just about every street corner. Each and every UDF has Krispy Kreme donuts delivered fresh everyday 🙂. Mmm. Donuts.

Cake donuts are too dry. Krispy Kremes are the best thing around unless you can take a trip to New Orleans for beignets.

All this talk of donuts reminds me of that commercial on TV. Can't remember what it is advertising but it goes something like this.

Phone rings.

Secretary: Hello?
Donut: Hi Teresa, this is the donut out in the reception area
Secretary: Yes
Donut: I need you to come out here and EAT me!

Maybe it's the look on the girls face or maybe I just have a dirty mind but that cracks me up.

I have never had a Krispy Kreme. My aunt got them one morning when my family was visiting in Ohio.. I took the jelly-filled donut from Cub Foods over the Krispy Kreme.. I don't really regret the decision.
