.. then you want Tapwave Zodiac. They are out of business, but supplies can be found. Palm OS PDA, handheld game system form factor, bluetooh, dual SD slots, 3.7" 320x480 screen, buttload of emulators (LJZ rulez!).

DS is not powerful enough to do anything but a slideshow in DivX. Ideal formats are MPEG-1 and MPEG-2.
