I use trillian, I use none of those IM programs directly, just the protocols. I use xchat2 for IRC but never go there anymore, and I used to bother with a seperate client just for jabber, but most jabber servers/clients allow resending over aim, so I find it unnecessary.

Doesn't sound cheezy at all to me, I have been where you are now, and yes, it does help a lot airing those out, but it takes a good deal of time for those wounds to stop smarting when they are left to open air to heal.Originally posted by: irishScott
Yeah, I've got that line too, I actually have some minor PTSD, but I'll still talk. I take a "that which does not kill you makes you stronger" approach. It may be extremely painful to remember, but drawing up the memories reminds me of why I'm as strong as I'd like to think I am (depending on the context), and how far I've come.
