So how do YOU play movies on YOUR PS3?

Looked around a bit on the net and it appears no one has a perfect way of watching movies on the PS3, accept BD's of course. Problem is that the PS3 only reads FAT32 drives and they have a file size limit of 4gb's.
Currently I use MKV2VOB to remux the files and split into smaller ones which works fine but I would rather play just 1.

So anyone have a better way? Tried the network way but it sucks, to much data to stream @1080p resolution.

Gotcha.

If your computer is beefy enough, you might be able to transcode the source to something less bandwidth intensive, though I'm really talking out of my ass right now since I haven't done any of this 🙂

TVersity will do the transcoding for you in real-time if your computer can stand it.
