You're not going to hear from ICF about Rivers...dude hates that guy, so I've always been curious about his ability to bear this season (maybe the next 2?) with Rivers leading his team, in whatever sheepish tolerance that he can muster, lol.

As for Rivers, he's definitely not having his worst season so far, so that's awesome. (I call them the Indianapolis Wolfpack this year, because of so many NC State dudes on that team right now: Rivers, Brissett, Hines...and I feel like I'm forgetting a DL or something. hmm)

Woah...I don't remember ever saying I hate Rivers. Rivers is definitely a dick, but I mainly used him as a tool to rattle your cage for some good-natured ribbing.

I would say I'd prefer another QB, but I'll be honest - I rarely watch any games, Colts included. I'll tune in here and there but it's amazing how much free time I have on the weekends without the NFL eating my entire Sunday and Monday nights.

I hear ya man. If I weren't such a Russell Wilson homer, I probably wouldn't watch much football these days, either. :D

He is going to steamroll Buffalo's defense.

That's an easy call ... a better question is if Seattle can keep the Bills from scoring.

Seahawks are the better team on paper and should win plus home-field means way less than usual this year. Should be an interesting game.

And so far the Giants don't look half bad either that or Brady is seeing Superbowl ghosts!

:p

I'm not getting my hopes up yet though!

This. Seattle D is so terrible this year. Every game they play is a great game, but probably not for Seattle fans, lol. (well, the SF game was different, even as hobbled as SF is, it's still surprising because those are usually great games regardless of either team's position at the time)

Didn't last long. The NYFG started out looking pretty good...then fell apart.

Well people, the day is finally here. The day that’s going to change the world and the future forever! I honestly could hardly sleep last night thinking about it. That’s right, today is the NFL trade deadline! Who’s getting traded, are we gonna get some draft picks back, are we gonna sure up that secondary? Only time will tell, today’s a big day!

I don't understand "Trade deadlines" there's like 3 or 4 each year (season, I mean), right?

Oh fuck you. You're not a Wilson homer.

I'm almost certain you were trashing him not that long ago (around the same time you tried saying Kaepernick wasn't in the NFL just because he sucked as a player). And you spent so many years guzzling Rivers' balls that I'm surprised he managed to impregnate his wife.

And yet no one cares enough to stop him. Hmm.

That's because nobody CAN beat him consistently if he has a decent team around him which he does again in Tampa. Belichick is finding out that winning sans golden-boy won't be so easy.

I freaking hate the guy (as a fan) but credit where credits due. He may not be the strongest/fastest/most accurate QB physically to ever play but far as hanging around like a really bad rash and being JUST GOOD ENOUGH Brady is number one by a mile.

the fuck are you talking about, dingus? I went to NC State, homie. I've been a Wilson homer since before your bitch-ass ever heard of him. lol, come straight out angry with nothing to back it up.

let's see here Rivers, total Holt homer before either of them, Mario Williams, etc...oh yeah! also because NC State! Notice a trend, dummy? :D I don't give much dick about individual teams (I think grown men playing sports is maybe one of the dumbest things humans can do, and that will never change--so when it comes to the pros, I tend to focus on individuals because of horribly biased college history, and general character)

I trashed Kaepernick because he's Kaepernick, and that bullshit ruined that great SF team. That's all. ...and I've said many times that I don't outright dislike Kaepernick, just that he was always an overrated, dumb hack; but still deserves a spot in the game. I've never said Kaepernick sucks enough to not be in the game. That isn't me, dummy. I've said he sucks, but not that much.

(The Rivers joke is hilarious, btw...and weirdo has NINE kids now. wtf....)

Kaepernick wouldn't have time to learn the playbook anyway if his new job is something he is fully committed to. Backup quarterbacking is still a life commitment if you want to be a GOOD backup. Being an insurance policy takes work. Ask Todd Collins when he took over for the Redskins 12 years ago.

The only way to beat Brady is to rattle him physically with the pass rush.
It's very clear that he can shred rudimentary defenses that lesser QBs struggle with. (i.e Mitch Trubisky couldn't read the Chargers' D but Tom shredded them to bits).

The niners lost 4 more players today to COVID...at this rate, the cheerleaders will be playing the Packers tonight.
