Idk ... I don't think either of these teams is much of a ground-threat.

And Murray's inexperience got exposed a little in the end there... his athletic ability is amazing so is his arm but I'm not sure about his judgement.

The entire NFC West is at least decent ... even the 49ers at 4-6.

Seattle hurts when Carson isn't in there. Hyde is good, but they are way better with both, and of course the Great Russell Wilson also being a general threat in keeping the linebackers honest when everyone is healthy.

Arizona is looking really good over the next couple of years. I hope Fitz can stay healthy long enough (he seems like an immortal machine) to finally get one. I feel like they were robbed by the Squealers back in, what was it, 2009?

I easily forget how amazing a guy like Kurt Warner suddenly was, instantly and consistently, for his brief, somewhat geriatric career in the NFL, lol.

Giants aren't playing today so all I get is the Philly-Browns, then the Jets game and the Packers-Colts game. Really nothing interesting until the night game.

The NFL really needs to come out with an a la carte option for games. I'd pay a few bucks to have the Ravens-titans game on now

Not sure if it still exists, but that's what the long-term contract with Direct TV is/was all about. Of course it's an absurd fee, exclusive, but it's the only way to watch whatever game you want. My guess is they will make licensing and ad money off of long-term contracts with a single provider than they ever would from offering smallish seasonal fees to individual customers for a similar service.

I'm familiar with Sunday Ticket but not interested in it at all. Zero. You can get Redzone as an add on with some streaming services, I know I use YouTubeTV and can add Redzone with an $11/month sports package but that's a maybe. I'm sure it's all about money at the end of the day or maybe someone doesn't have the imagination yet, but I think a lot of people would pay for a la carte games.

Yesterday was a dark day, hopefully not a harbinger of things to come. The Badgers lost. :(

You're right, a lot of people would. I just think the NFL is interested in squeezing out as much juice as they can and in their analysis, they likely think that there isn't a model that would make that possible for individuals for the cash that the NFL wants.

This is why

Stolen from El Fenix's link there, which I don't exactly get (I understand the significance, but I'm not sure what point they are trying to make...)

Also, both Philly and WFT doing their parts to insure that all of the NFCE remains locked up and tied for utter shittiness, lol.

I'll die if WFT or Cowboys win the division; heck if whatever team takes it with 5 wins on the season would be fucken hilarious.

I get stuck with the Lions. Would have preferred to watch Hill play. Or really most of the other early game options

Taysom Hill starts with a win.

Carson Wentz still can hit 30 INTs.

Joe Burrow is a better QB than Finley. Hope he recovers.

Derrick Henry broke the Ravens.

Jets deserve to forfeit their first round pick.

They can have it.

A win is a win ... if it happens I'll take it! *(so will you I bet!)

I think Dallas is the least bad in the division... can't say "best" about any of this bunch lol!

"FOOTBALL-TEAM" is right in the thick of things too ... that freaking Eagles tie will end up deciding the division watch!

:p

Your boys' boss must pay for that cap penalty shenanigans you imposed on the Redskins(and Cowboys) way back in 2010.

A lower draft pick so you guys cannot even be tempted to move on from Jones is a-ok by me.

Smith might wind up the best QB in the division by season's end.

I was just looking at the remaining NFC (L)east team schedules and while of course anything can happen it looks like Dallas has the easiest path to the division followed by NY.

Washington on the other hand appears to have the toughest and Philly's is no walk in the park either. (although that tie may come into play)

NFL schedules by team

Ah, Preston Smith being too excited. I remember him do that once or twice in Washington.
