No I really doubt that. The whole super-spy idea was made up by TV and widely bought by mass public. For starters do you realize the consequences of an american spy being caught lets say in Chinese embassy? The government wouldn't take that chance. Secondly, no human being, I don't care how well training he/she is can sneak unnoticed into a heavily guarded building. The people setting up the security are no fools either and I'm sure they'll think about somebody sneaking in through the ventilation system (Splinter Cell reference).
