You have to know how to do it. Mouse and keyboard get pushed away, and you keep a clean hand for the computer, and one to eat with. There's little I hate worse than a sticky tactile experience. Guitars are the worst. I used to hate when someone played my guitar with grubby fingers, and left funk(not the good kind) on the strings.

The desk is not a dining table! Where's your manners?! :biggrin:

Oh and I hear you on the finger grime left behind. Guitar strings are magnets for that stuff.

And to think with computers the general direction we seem to be going is having a touchscreen everywhere. If you want to invest in a company find one that makes things to clean monitors!

I am allergic to tuna and the smell makes me sick. If that happened in my office, I would have returned the can to its owner and ask that it be disposed of elsewhere.

I'm really failing to see what the big deal is...I've cube farmed with a bunch of Filipino ladies in the past, and while some of their dishes smelled "interesting", I've never been distracted or bothered by it. 😕

If it's a legitimate medical concern, e.g. allergies, then sure.

No not really. I'm really not like that anymore. What makes someone a tough guy? Fights? Well I started getting into fist fights in first grade and Ive Been in more fist fights than I can remember. Went to a Texas prison and even had guys giving me props for holding my own against two dudes that attacked me. Physical jobs? Been there done that and continue to do it. Being physically strong and athletic? Work out all the time and I have no problem holding my own playing pickup basketball games with the guys that show up to the park.
If that makes you a tough guy than I guess I qualify. I've really calmed down since my younger days. I wouldn't fight someone unless you messed with my family. I seriously wouldn't fight someone over a comment at work. Someone could call me whatever they wanted and I would just walk away.
Now to me being a tough guy is about making an honest paycheck and supporting my family.
