I wear shots and flip flops in 40 degree weather.

This is rare for Florida, it was 80F last year on Christmas (2008).
 
So far it's been mostly rain with some sleet, some ice.

The last time it snowed in Florida was 1989, I was here and there was much chaos. Being from Chicago I had no problems. Lots and lots of overturned cars.
 
We've got tiny little chunks of ice falling down right now. Much much smaller than hail, but definitely not snow flakes. Kind of funny. The wife and I are calling it snail (snow/hail), but I'm sure northerners have a real name for this stuff hehe.

I am pretty far south (West Palm Beach) and the tops of my garbage cans have frozen water on them....it's 28F here with wind (25mph)

that was on my car yesterday morning, while i was working it was a lot of the same driving around. my headlights were iced over...strange for fl.
 
Holy cow I just walked outside and it reminded me of being in NYC NOT Miami FL! It's in the 40's right now! That is COLD for Miami! Cold enough for the bees to be wearing yellow jackets!
 
Wow, it is quite odd to see florida go in the minuses lol. To think, it's -10C here right now, just a bit colder then Florida. It's normally like -30 and colder at this time of month. Global warming!!!! lol
 
OMG it REDONCULOUSLY cold in Miami today

I have no heater
MY house is poorly insulated + made out of wood

I have 3x pairs of socks and a ton of sheets on and I'm dying.

There is no god 🙁

I'm in Canada and it is +10C (50F for the metric impaired) at the moment.

Yeah it's rather warm here (0C ish) compared to normal.

I'm okay with the Southerners taking some of our cold.
Just fine with me!
 
In Miami as well. Luckily with all the electronics in my room it makes it bearable. Letting out my dogs in the morning was a freaking nightmare.
